    This is a mid-century General Electric chrome locking waffle maker with bakelite handles and feet and it is catalog number 179G39. It makes four waffles with removeable plates for easier cleaning. Marked, GENERAL ELECTRIC, Volts - 115, Cat. No. 179G39, Watts - 800, Made in U.S.A. Some scratches, discoloration and baked-on grease from age, use and storage and could use a good cleaning and polishing, one of the side handles is missing, otherwise in great working condition.
